SEVENTH.- If there is doubt as to whether any information is a commercial secret and, therefore, if it is subject to the terms of this voluntary agreement, it must be treated as confidential and, therefore, will be subject to the terms of this agreement. EIGHTH.- “NEARTALENTS” agrees not to enter into with any natural or legal person, national or foreign, public or private, present or future, any type of agreement, agreement, contract, negotiation or assume obligations that are in conflict with this agreement. or that derive from or imply non-compliance thereof. NINTH.- For the interpretation and fulfillment of this contract as well as for everything that is not expressly stated in it, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes.
